Shipping policy

 

We offer free South African shipping on orders valued over R1000. Orders under R1000 will incur a local shipping fee of R120.

We do not offer free returns, unless the criteria as outlined in our return policy are met.

Returns at customer expense can be sent to:

Heart & Heritage, The REEA Centre, Marlborough Avenue, Craighall Park, JHB, 2196

International shipping collection, returns and customs must be arranged and paid for by the international customer.

In general, local shipping of in stock items are normally fulfilled within 1-3 days. However, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. 

If you have ordered a custom item which needs to be made, please allow a 2 week lead time after placing your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
