Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items bought from Kamers Makers (this is due to the commission deduction from kamers sales that we are unable to recover post show)

To complete your return or exchange, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase emailed to info@heart-heritage.com
  • The bank details refund is to be paid to, emailed to info@heart-heritage.com
  • The item to be returned to us at your own expense

The refund or exchange will be processed once goods are returned within 14 days and inspected to confirm they are in original sellable condition. Usually within 1 to 3 days upon receipt of return. You will be notified if the return request is rejected. 


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange your purchase for something else, please email your receipt and request to info@heart-heritage.com. If we are able to assist, please send the item back to us, at your own expense. If the returned item is received within our 14 day window, and confirmed to be in original sellable condition, we will send the requested exchange to you at our expense.

Damaged or defective items

If goods are damaged through wear and tear, please send us an email with a description and image of the problem to info@heart-heritage.com. If the type of wear and tear is deemed mendable, we will ask you to send and collect the item to us at your own expense. We will mend the item to the best of our ability free of charge. Please note we cannot be held liable for a refund if the repair is not deemed satisfactory.

If goods are received new with defects or damage from manufacture, please send us an email with a description and image of the defect to info@heart-heritage.com. We will refund or replace the item after assessment, and collection and return will be at our expense.
